Ok, so I'm at work and the closest book is 'CPT 2008', p. 123 5th sentence:

"Arthrodesis of the first metatarsal and first cuneiform joint and the first and second metatarsal bases"

Um, yeah it's a work book I have to use to understand what my hospitals are doing out there, lol.
